Award-winning Afro-fusion superstar, Burna Boy is on a roll as he bags four nominations at the BET Soul Train Awards Nominations.
In BET’s revelation of this year’s nominations for the award ceremony on Thursday, October 20, 2022, the Grammy-winning talent got nods for SONG OF THE YEAR, VIDEO OF THE YEAR for the monster hit “Last Last”, BEST RnB/SOUL MALE ARTISTE, and THE ASHFORD AND SIMPSON SONWRITER’S AWARD also for the song “Last Last”.
The annual BET SOUL TRAIN AWARDS will take place in Las Vegas USA, and rewards the best in Soul, R&B, and Hip Hop from both established industry legends and the next generation of promising artists, and a win for Burna Boy will stretch his winning streak this year as he recently received The Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR) National Honour from the Nigerian Government.
The superstar is currently touring and selling out concerts in cities in Canada, Europe and the US, while his wildly successful single ‘Last Last’ hit #1 on popular US radio station, Urban Radio and also achieved 300 million global streams. The beautiful track, ‘For My Hand’ featuring British singer, Ed Sheeran has also garnered 150 million global streams and counting.
Burna Boy who recently announced his upcoming concert at the 70,000-capacity London stadium tour will perform to his ardent fans on June 3, 2023.
