Aristokrat’s golden goose and newest signee, Ria Sean releases the highly anticipated EP Titled “Fluid“: a collection of six beautifully orchestrated songs aided in production by a cascade of talented producers ranging from rising producer Dehveen whose mad skills are visible on the hit track ‘Moneybag’; beatmaker and female producers Saszy, known for her intricate approach to the Afrofusion sound, made visible in the second EP track ‘Satisfy My Soul’, and Dunnie who combines all the elements to create an audio goldmine with ‘Underwater’.
Other ace producers who worked on the ‘Fluid‘ project are sound engineer BigFootInYourFace, known for making his beats from the heart in ‘Minor Notes’ PD who laced the track ‘Pin Me Down’ with the most addictive of rhythms, and Devon whose mastery is visible on the last track of the EP, ‘Stamina’
The EP opens with the recently released hit single “Money Bag”, a mid-tempo Afrofusion track that finds the singer spinning empowering messages about her singular focus on the bag and as the E.P builds up, Ria Sean’s message becomes more unapologetic; unabashedly singing about many different themes which resonate well with today’s musical ambience. Armed to the teeth with bold proclamations that she’s known for, Ria is fierce about the type of artiste she is, putting her own unique spin on all her songs, never straying from delivering fierce relatable lyrics in her trademark sultry voice.
Over this flawlessly produced body of work, the talented singer employs a medley of airy keys, twinkling production and soul-stirring vocals as she reaffirms her focus in her life: squarely focused on her growth, goals and success. Who knows, maybe someday we’ll be expecting a ‘Fluid’ remix tape.
