The biggest online music contest, Djooky came alive in its season finale with the newest singing sensations raising the bar in the Global music competition. The Djooky online music competition had as judges, the best of the best in the global music industry including multi-platinum US producer Brian Malouf; Grammy-nominated artist and music director Patrice RushenBuki Sawyerr Izeogu, Executive Director and Producer of some of the largest music productions and events in Nigeria, CEO & Founder of BukiHQ Media, UK Ivor Novello winning songwriter Sacha Skarbek and Producer/Music Executive/ Songwriter, Justin Gray; were in awe of this season’s talents while performing the arduous task of determining that one star who would take home the star prize of $10,000 and an all-expenses-paid recording session at Capitol Recording Studios in Los Angeles, United States of America. 

In a gripping finale which saw Nigerian zestful budding artiste, Tambensings deliver a cracker with his original composition ‘Electric Vibe‘ take the second runner up prize of $2,000, first runner up Chilean Verdugoivf who wowed the judges with his song ‘Summer Vibes‘ took home the cash prize of $5,000 and the star winner and the newest Djooky music superstar, Kazakhstan’s Ulytau who delivered pure bars in his song ‘Jumyr Kylysh‘ got the complete package of $10,000 and an all-expenses-paid recording session at Capitol Recording Studios in Los Angeles, United States of America. 

Nigerian singing sensation and the competition’s second runner-up gushes with awe when he says: “Never be afraid to be odd, Number One itself is an odd number. Don’t run with the crowd, Be Far from Regular.” This quote is personal to me because it’s what I live by,  to be honest., not being afraid to be a little different and creating your own path”.

Tambensings joins last season’s Nigerian singer, Mimigold da Soundgoddess who took home the significant cash prize in second place as trailblazers in the revolution of the modern African sound. With this season’s African representatives, alongside millions of participants from Africa, Europe, and America, Djooky online music competition is well on its way to take over global entertainment by creating a unique platform that will shape African talent discovery going forward.
